About ND
Our School at a Glance
Notre Dame Mission
Notre Dame High School, a ministry of the Catholic Diocese of Trenton, is a dynamic Catholic community dedicated to educating young women and men to realize their full potential through a faith-filled environment, a challenging college-preparatory program, extensive co-curricular activities and a commitment to citizenship and service in the community.
Welcome to Notre Dame

Dear Prospective Parents and Students,

Let us tell you about the Notre Dame we know and want to share with you. It is a place where you will learn, laugh and be loved. Your days will begin with prayer, and you will find God’s love around the corners of each hallway in the

smiles of your classmates and in the encouraging support of faculty members. You will take classes that make you think and meet teachers who leave you with more questions than answers. You will build friendships that will last you a lifetime and build skills to help you to thrive in a world of diverse paths, personalities and perspectives.

You will find your way and learn to sing your own song at Notre Dame. That may be on stage, in a service-learning

activity, on a playing field or in an academic competition. You will mark the passing of four important years with dress down days, Spirit Weeks, Cotillions, Field Trip Days, science trips, Kairos Retreats and Ring Ceremonies.

You will encounter successes and challenges at ND. Together we will celebrate each accomplishment and argue

respectfully through conflicts. We will comfort each other through struggles and sorrow. We will remind each other

daily that we are never, ever alone.

Come join the Notre Dame Family. Bring your talents and your dreams. Spend four years within a community that

will support and challenge you as you learn more about the life God has planned for you. Come be a student, a parent, a teacher and a friend. We can’t wait to meet you!

Sincerely,

Barry E. Breen , President  and  Mary Liz Ivins, Principal
