Notre Dame offers to prospective parents and students an Online Application.  Please click on the link to begin the application process.  ALL parents new to the online application process will have to create a new account after clicking the link below.

Application Fee
There is a $50.00 non-refundable fee to cover the cost of the placement testing and administrative evaluation.
