Class of 2025

The regular admission season for the Class of 2025 is now closed. Please contact a member of our team to apply for our waitlist.

For All Prospective Students

  • Notre Dame Application

    To complete the application form, you will be taken to the SchoolAdmin Portal website. If you have not already done so, you will need to create an account. It will then prompt you to begin the application process for your child. There is a non-refundable $50 application fee.

    Through this portal you will be able to:
    1. Complete the application with all of your student’s information
    2. Request letters of recommendation from your student’s current math and English teachers
    3. Request transcripts from the school. For prospective 9th grade students only: standardized test scores (PARCC, Terranova, STAR, IOWA, ERB, PSSA) from middle school are also required as available.
    4. Schedule your student’s interview
  • Admission Testing

    Placement Test (Prospective Freshmen only)
    Prospective students are required to take the High School Placement Test (HSPT) which will be given at Notre Dame. 
    We will also accept the SSAT in lieu of the HSPT. Notre Dame will be listed on the SSAT application for you to select and automatically send us your test scores.

    We are no longer offering the HSPT for the Class of 2025.
  • Interview

    All prospective students are required participate in a virtual interview with a member of our Admission Interview Committee.  You will be contacted via email with further instructions upon submitting your application.  The student and one parent/guardian will need to be present.  The interview is a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know each other.  Come dressed to impress and ready to ask questions.  We look forward to meeting you!
  • Irish for a Day

    Our Irish for a Day experience will be returning in the 2021-2022 school year. Please check back for more information!

Notification of Admission Decision

Decisions will be based upon the enrollment availability and "fit" between the school and the applicant. Notre Dame High School welcomes applicants from a wide variety of backgrounds and does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, religion, national or ethnic origin in its admission or administrative policies.

Transfer Students

We have limited space available in grades 10, 11, and 12. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. For all transfer applications, we require:
  • The application form
  • Letters of recommendation from current math and English teachers
  • Current and previous year’s transcripts
  • An Interview

Many local school districts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania provide normal school day busing to Notre Dame. Notre Dame also partners with families to provide morning and late busing for two routes: (1) Montgomery, Princeton and Pennington and (2) Twin Rivers and the Jackson Outlets.  For busing information, contact
