Gianna Kennedy '27 Named Miss Stars and Stripes Teen

Gianna Kennedy '27 Named Miss Stars and Stripes Teen

Congratulations to Gianna Kennedy '27 who became the new title holder for Miss Stars and Stripes Teen on Saturday, October 25. She is now an official preliminary at Miss New Jersey’s Teen, a Miss America Organization.

The Miss America Organization champions education, leadership, service, and sisterhood, offering participants a transformative platform to grow, lead, and make an impact in their communities. The Miss America Organization is a century-old platform dedicated to empowering women through education, leadership, and service. It operates one of the nation’s largest scholarship programs for women, awarding millions annually. Beyond financial aid, Miss America fosters personal growth, advocacy, and professional development, encouraging participants to lead social-impact initiatives and build lifelong skills and networks. Contestants engage in structured interviews and on-stage Q&A segments at local, state, and national levels. These simulate high-pressure speaking scenarios that are perfect for developing confidence, articulation, and poise.

We are so proud of Gianna and will cheer her on as she continues her journey!
