James Angiolino Named Athletic Director

We are thrilled to announce that James Angiolino has been named Athletic Director. With his extensive coaching experience and dedication to building character and leadership in our student-athletes, he will make a wonderful AD. 

Mr. Angiolino has served as our Dean of Students since 2021. In this role, he worked tirelessly alongside faculty and staff, fostering an environment that enhances both academic and behavioral outcomes for our students, while building strong relationships with parents and our entire community. His dedication has truly made a difference in the lives of our students.

Mr. Angiolino brings over 20 years of coaching experience across a range of sports, including soccer, basketball, baseball, and softball. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for cultivating young talent, nurturing positive team dynamics, and achieving remarkable success on and off the field. As the Notre Dame Assistant Varsity Boys Soccer Coach, he played a pivotal role in leading our team to consecutive CVC Championships in 2024 and 2025, along with the CVC Tournament Championship in 2025. His leadership as the Head Varsity Softball Coach in 2024 also led the team to an impressive 25-2 record, clinching both the CVC Championship and the Mercer County Tournament Championship.

When asked to speak on his new role, Angiolino stated, “It is truly an honor to be entrusted with leading a program that has such a rich tradition of excellence, faith, and community. I am excited for what lies ahead and committed to building upon the outstanding tradition of Notre Dame Athletics. Together, we will strive for excellence—not only in competition, but in the classroom, in our faith, and in the way we represent our school and community. GO IRISH!”
