Zackary Krupa, a member of Troop 384 and part of Notre Dame’s Class of 2028, recently achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. Zack serves as the Chaplain Aide for his troop. He leads his fellow Scouts in prayer at each meeting and actively promotes the Mercy Core Values within his community. For his Eagle project, Zack organized and led an initiative to create care packages for children undergoing cancer treatments. The project’s beneficiary was The Brandon Strong Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Brandon Gonzalez, brother of Jason Gonzalez, Class of 2028. This foundation supports families facing illness-related hardships by providing emotional and financial assistance.
This fall, Zack played on the Freshman and JV football teams and is now looking forward to wrestling in the winter.
