Irish Strength and Conditioning Youth Camp

Notre Dame Irish Strength and Conditioning Youth Camp will run two days a week for 6 weeks. Camp will run on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 - 7 PM beginning on
July 10 and ending on August 16.The cost of the camp is $175.

This Notre Dame Irish Strength and Conditioning Youth Camp is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program, run by ND Athletic Performance Coach Frank Quartucci, for boys and girls from 6th to 8th grade. This program will help your child develop and increase
functional movements and strength.

Coach Quartucci's Biography

Frank Quartucci is a native of Mercer County and a graduate of Rutgers University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Education. He played football for Rutgers where he was a center on the offensive line. He also worked at Rutgers for seven years as the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning for Olympic Sports. While with Olympic Sports he trained 15+ teams. During his time with Rutgers football, they won a share of the Big East Championship, went to three bowl games, and won a bowl championship against North Carolina in the Quicklane Bowl. During that time, he trained 30+ athletes who played in the NFL (National Football League), PLL (Premier Lacrosse League), MLL (Major League Lacrosse), and MLS (Major League Soccer). He also oversaw the design of Rutgers’ newest athletic facility, The Rodkin Academic Success Center, which included a state-of-the-art weight room for both soccer and lacrosse. Coach Quartucci is certified through the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and certified by USA Weightlifting. He now proudly serves as the Athletic Performance Coach at Notre Dame.
