MTAF Mercy Tuition Assistance Fund

The Mercy Tuition Assistance Fund embodies hope and provides opportunities within our community. Inspired by the legacy of the Sisters of Mercy, who have dedicated themselves to nurturing minds and hearts for generations, this initiative is rooted in our Mercy Core Values of Service, Compassion, Justice, Integrity, and Respect in education.

With a strong commitment to delivering a meaningful academic experience, two scholarships are awarded each year to deserving students based on demonstrated need.

As we begin this journey, we reaffirm our belief in the transformative power of education and its significant impact on our school and the wider community we serve. This scholarship stands as a testament to our ongoing dedication to fostering a fair and inclusive society, one student at a time.

Their Future Relies on Your Support

Scholarships are awarded annually to incoming freshmen who apply for the MTAF and meet the requirements below:

  • Eighth-grade students from an underserved population in the Greater Trenton area who meet ND’s admission criteria;
  • Demonstrates an outstanding financial need based on their submission of the FACTS financial aid application;
  •  Embraces the Mercy Core Values established by the Sisters of Mercy and can demonstrate that in their daily life.
  •  Maintains a “B” average and is in good standing with their school and community.
