Erika Porter '20 scored her 1,000th career point during the first game of the ND Girls' Basketball season. On December 20, 2019, Notre Dame defeated Allentown 47-33. Erika was only 6 points shy of 1000 points at the end of her junior season and she was able to score 7, despite Allentown's defensive efforts. Porter, who averaged 18.1 points per game last season, is a dominant interior player. She has gone toe-to-toe with some of N.J.'s best forwards and centers during her career at Notre Dame and is projected to be one of the top players in New Jersey this season. This is such an incredible achievement, we are so proud of Erika!
