Rev. Dr. John Norwood Speaks to World Religion Classes

Technology is not only for instruction but for introductions. The World Religion classes taught by Dr. Ingbritsen and Mrs. Marx invited Rev. Dr. John Norwood to speak about Native American culture and spirituality as expressed by the Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape Nation of New Jersey.  Zoom technology enabled two live and two online classes to engage with Dr. Norwood.
Pastor Norwood has been in ministry for forty years. He has served as a college, military, and correctional chaplain, and also lectures at numerous colleges, universities, and seminaries. He has earned degrees from Howard University, Princeton Theological Seminary, and North West University. His Doctor of Philosophy Degree is in Missiology (Theology of Missions) and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling. He is a local and nationally recognized Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape tribal leader, writer and historian.

We are grateful to Pastor Norwood for sharing his wisdom and knowledge with our students.
