Fall 2020 NHS Induction Ceremony

Congratulations to our new National Honor Society members! The Notre Dame chapter of the National Honor Society welcomed 66 new members who were inducted on October 27. The NHS values are represented by four pillars – Leadership, Scholarship, Character, and Service. The new inductees met all the requirements for NHS including a minimum cumulative GPA of 93, performing at least 30 service hours, taking Honors and AP courses, and demonstrating leadership roles. 
At the virtual induction ceremony, our keynote speaker, Dr. Charisse West ’85 Smith spoke to the inductees about the pillars of NHS and diversity. Mrs. Barlow, our Principal closed the ceremony with congratulations and words of wisdom. Sarah McDermott '21, NHS President, emceed the evening and speeches on the four pillars of NHS were given by our officers Chase Davino '21, Juliana Troiano '21, Devon Pietrini '21, and Anna Stout '21.
