60 Years of Notre Dame! by Anna Heuisler

Today Notre Dame High School celebrated its 60th Anniversary in the sweetest way - with ice cream! The sundae station set up today was modeled after Notre Dame’s original stainless steel ice cream bar, which sat in the back of the cafeteria and served sundaes every day. After Mrs. Ivins announced the free surprise to the school at the end of Liturgy, students lined up to make free ice cream sundaes during all lunch periods. Senior Katie and Freshman Trent, pictured here, enjoyed some of the last few sundaes of the day. Many thanks to the Advancement department for coordinating this sweet celebration!
