      Please use this form when applying for scholarships. Transcripts for scholarships are FREE! Please submit at least ten working days before the due date!
    • Transcript Release Form for College Coaches
      With this release signed by the parent fo the Notre Dame student-athlete, the Guidance Office may respond to requests for transcripts by college coaches.

      Most students forget this important step when applying to colleges/universities through the Common Application. Please follow the instructions to link Naviance and the Common App, which will allow counselors to send out transcripts, letters, and school profiles.
