How to Apply


Thank you for your interest in Notre Dame High School!

Tours will be held on Wednesday afternoons and Friday mornings. Registration is required as space is limited.

1. Submit Application
Submit an online application and non-refundable $50 fee. This fee is waived for the children of alumni. Please contact the Enrollment Management Office to obtain a waiver code. You will be asked to set up an account. The username and password you choose will be used to log in to the Notre Dame website as well. 

2. Academic Records
Submit the Transcript Release Form to applicant’s current school requesting a copy of their 7th grade final report card, a current 8th grade report card, and a copy of the most recent standardized test results. 

3. Teacher Recommendations
All applicants are required to complete General Recommendation, Math recommendation, and Math Placement Recommendation forms. Applicants who wish to be considered for Honors Placement in History and/or English must complete the appropriate recommendation.  

Once your application has been received, the following appointments must be scheduled:

1. Placement Test (for incoming Freshmen ONLY)

All freshman applicants are required to take a Placement Exam, held at Notre Dame High School. A school representative will contact you to schedule the test.

2. Applicant Interview
All prospective students and their parent(s)/guardian(s) are required to meet with the Director or Associate Director of Enrollment Management for an interview.  Interviews are scheduled Monday mornings and Wednesday afternoons. Please register to reserve a time.

3. Shadow Day
All prospective students are invited to become "Irish for a Day" and visit our school, shadowing a current student.  Registration is required at least one week prior to the visit.

Notification of Admission Decision

Decisions will be based upon the enrollment availability and "fit" between the school and the applicant. Notre Dame High School welcomes applicants from a wide variety of backgrounds and does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, religion, national or ethnic origin in its admission or administrative policies

Applicant Forms

Everyone must submit a Recommendation Form and a Mathematics Placement Form. Everyone must submit a Transcript Release Form to their current school.

Students wishing to enroll for Learning Needs or for Honors English or Honors World History must submit those forms as well.
