Joey's Earth Angels assist with events and activities that Joey's Little Angels (JLA) hosts. Part of our mission as Earth Angels is to have Notre Dame students come together and help the children in need. This club is solely dedicated to helping little children in need because we believe that they are the true angels. Earth Angels will be volunteering at events such as the JLA toy drive, JLA gala, and the building of Joey’s Place (playground). It is our mission as a club to make sure that we help as many children as possible!

This club's goal is to bring awareness to the School community regarding the poor and the needy.  Then to live out the Corporal Works of Mercy; to feed the hungry; to give drink to the thirsty; to clothe the naked and to educate the uneducated.  Justice club does various projects throughout the year to live out these Corporal Works of Mercy.  The club meets every Friday.

LEADERSHIP TEAM
We meet every other Thursday in D 106 (check ND calendar)!  Latin is very much alive in our club!  As the Latin language lives on in modern English and Romance languages, we naturally seek to involve students of all language backgrounds. With the executive leadership team consisting of Ash Bien, Bene Kanis, and Megan Starke, we strive to fulfill our mission.  Join the fun in nice company!

MISSION & ACTIVITIES
We, as students in the ND High School Latin Club, embrace all values of Catholic education and include all students in an atmosphere of belonging and support.
We strive to live out by example our ND Mercy Core values of Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Justice, and Service.
Our shared mission is to educate our community about the omnipresence of the Latin language in English. Therefore, we have actively reached out to the ND community and beyond with educating ourselves and serving others.
We hold a ND-wide liturgy with prayers and readings in Latin, led by students of Latin.    

SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES include:

• Making friendship bracelets
• Hosting an ND-wide Winter Warm Essentials Drive

FUN TRADITIONS include:

• PhiloSoccer game in the Fall and Spring, competing with other World Language clubs
• Annual Chariot race in the Spring

Students compete in a  National Competition and are prepared with practice problems prior to the test.

Students are given a legal case to defend and prosecute.  Students are attorneys, prosecutors, and witnesses.  The Mock Trial Team scrimmages other schools, prior to the trial at the State Capitol.

Students simulate delegates to the UN, representing various counties and committees, at 2 conferences each year.  Students debate current issues on the organization's agenda, from the perspective of their assigned country.

The purpose of Morgan’s Message is to advocate for student athletes, both male and female. As Notre Dame has so many opportunities for students to join athletic teams, we want to ensure that all athletes know that there is no shame in seeking mental healthcare. By working to raise awareness about the struggles and challenges that athletes face at school, we can bring athlete-focused mental health awareness and education to everyone!

This is an organization that recognizes and honors students who demonstrate outstanding scholarship, character, leadership, and service.  Standards for induction can be found in the Notre Dame Student Handbook.

The club is involved in servicing faculty and staff in various ways. among the business-related services that club member perform are typing handouts, collating, stuffing envelopes, preparing mailings and updating forms.

ND Cares is a service club that works towards putting the needs of others first. We create projects to bring awareness to diseases and bring comfort to those who are in need. Our events include PINK OUT, Christmas Gift Drive, Have a Heart Day and Boxes of Sunshine.

ND Sports Huddle is a sports discussion club. In this club, we talk about the current news in sports, fantasy sports lineups, and spotlighting different sports. Along with those topics, we also talk about possible college opportunities in a sports setting. This club is open to everyone! Come check out our club and join the huddle!

Moderator:

NDTV, is a student run club that is responsible for creating the morning announcements. Student anchors, camera operators, directors, and editors assemble the video announcements viewed by the entire school each day.  Students learn each component from teleprompting, cameras, directing and editing a three-camera shoot with industry standard equipment.  We cast anchors through auditions, and there is a rotating crew for behind-the-scenes work

This club provides gently used formal wear for girls in distressed areas of New Jersey.  The girls are provided with shoes and all the other accessories needed to have a beautiful prom or social.  Most items are donated.

Raise funds to "buy" life-changing facial reconstruction surgery for children in underdeveloped countries born with facial deformities.

This club honors and serves our heroes, Military, Fire, Police and all First Responders.

Help to incorporate an awareness of shelter animals among the ND community. We aid local shelters through donations and service.  We strive to spread the message of "Adopt don't Shop".  We love animals and want them to live happy lives.

Freshman students apply to the Peer Leader Program which consists of a scheduled class in their Sophomore Year.  Peer Leaders attend a summer camp/workshop and assist the incoming freshmen class with the transition to high school.

The mission of the Notre Dame Photography Club is to provide a supportive environment for interested photography students to share their creativity, knowledge, and passion for photography. The club will hold regular meetings and discussions and organize events such as photo-walks around campus, possible field trips, and host guest speakers. Members will also explore the possible opportunities for photography during school events and athletic games. We will organize peer to peer photography reviews and hope to exhibit member work on the annual Spring Art Show.

This very dynamic club meets Tuesdays in the downstairs Foyer.  Ping Pongers want to have fun while improving skills in a pressure-free environment.  Once a year, we try to run a charity tournament open to the entire school.  Proceeds will be donated to a charity.  Through play and fun, Ping Pongers strive to live out by example our ND Mercy Core values of Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Justice, and Service.

This club offers students the opportunity to learn about technology and its' application. You can explore mechanical design ideas with Tetrix and Lego hardware, learn to code using RobotC and NXT controllers, learn to create interactive electronic objects use Arduino Uno with its open-source electronic prototyping platform, or learn to program using JAVA. In addition, the club has a 3D printer so students can even design and print their own desktop robot using our MakerBot Replicator TM2 desktop 3D printer.

Study and prepare for science competition against other schools.

The club plans service projects, discuss prominent African Americans and invites guest speakers.

Join your fellow students for  community, soup, a reading, reflection, and discussion on a Scripture Passage. This club is student-run. Students will take turns picking a passage and give a reflection and lead the discussion. Those that just want to come and listen are always welcome.

Our objective is to introduce Notre Dame students to Spanish culture and cuisine. This is done through a variety of activities and events. We also participate in projects and activities that serve the local Hispanic community. All are welcome to join us!

Groups of students who have experienced a loss, meet with trained teachers to discuss their struggles or concerns.

Students campaign on grade level for class representation.  The upperclassmen are elected in the Spring and the Freshmen in September.  The Student Government sponsors school-wide social events as well as grade-level specific activities.

Club members will assist in the smooth transition of transfer students, introducing all Notre Dame has to offer.

The Women in STEM club offers students the opportunity to try STEM activities in a supportive and fun environment.  Although the club is open to everyone, the primary mission is to build a community of Notre Dame females interested in STEM fields.
