Welcome to Flik Independent School Dining Services at Notre Dame

Flik Independent School Dining is pleased to be a part of the Notre Dame High School community. We are a premier provider of food services for 135 private and independent schools. We pride ourselves in preparing high quality foods from fresh ingredients. The menus are constantly changing in order to meet your student’s needs. Different soups, entrees, vegetarian items, deli selections and a bountiful salad bar are featured, enabling your student to obtain a well-balanced meal every day.

We are very excited about the opportunity to greatly enhance your student’s dining experience. The multiple station format enables us to provide additional cook-to-order items and increased selections. Here is what you can expect:

• An entree station featuring freshly prepared entrees, vegetables, and a starch of the day
• A deli station which includes a rotating daily selection of made-to-order sandwiches prepared on a variety of breads
• A rotating daily soup of the day
• A salad bar presenting fresh vegetables, house-made dressings and composed salads
• A “Quick Pick” station featuring a daily special packaged for those on the go
• There is also a wide variety of desserts, snack items, and beverages.
